Industrail Boiler Used Multi Cyclone Dust Collector Machine Type
360 adopts permutation and combination of single cyclone inside
according to the volume flow of flue gas. Each single cyclone can
treat flue gas amount about 1500m³/h and remove dust particles in
the range of more than 10um, as a result, 360 ceramic multi cyclone
dust collector is an ideal device for preliminary dust collection
(as a preliminary dust collection before bag filter dust collector
and wet desulfurization dust collector).
Principle of Operation: It adopts different cyclones. The main
principle of activated carbon desulfurization is catalysis and
adsorption. When the H2S-containing gas goes through the activated
carbon layer, an exothermic reaction occurs at atmospheric pressure
and the oxidized gas becomes sulfur and water on the surface of
activated carbon, the generated is adopted by activated carbon so
as to achieve desulfurization purpose finally.

can control quality of the equipment, which is better than
manufacturing the equipment at site.
